Zero BS CRM Really Delivers

I have to say this really delivers on an easy to use customer database system. Setup is quick and easy. Using it is just as easy. I realize that my use case is different, but I think the Paypal sync addon is worth the subscription.
Plus I love how controls for buttons, checkboxes and text boxes are labeled for accessibility. This is because I use the keyboard as I use the computer via a screen reader.
Really looking forward to what Automattic does with this product next!
