Zerif Pro Video Background Mobile

    Hey, so this is my first time using Zerif Pro and I cannot for the life of me get the video background I uploaded to work on mobile? It appears fine on desktop but is just a grey block on mobile?

    How can I fix this?

  • I think you need another video format or the video size(MB) is to much.

    Hi I have Zerif Pro. I choose the video as background (no more than 20 mb and mp4) – it does work perfectly fine on the computer but not in other devices.
    I also resized the video which @ 10 mb, but same results.
    Can you tell me how to fix that?
