Zerif Lite (OnePirate) full width not working

I have been struggling to find a way to make pages full width.
The top page works with the setting, however all other pages are not full width although I enabled “Change the template to Full width for all the pages?”.

If there is no way to change the width on other pages, then at least I would like to change the gray background.

I have searched on google for these answers but couldn’t find a solution.
