    Hi,
I′ve just downloaded the free version and was trying to use the Zenity Editor (accessed through the Z icon). A apart frame pops up and shows just 2 options, “Content Mode” and “Responsive”. There is no other options (as shown in the tutorial videos) to start editing.
I′d glad to have a hint about what is going on.
    Thanks in advance.

I′ve just saw that others had the same problem (probably with an old version of this plugin) and there was an indication that it would be because of a conflict with another plugin. So, although I did not want to do that, I desactivated all my plugins (except for Theme Check) and I tried to run Zenity Editor again. It didn′t work anyway…
    Any other hints?
    Thanks.

    Hi,

It sounds like there is something in your specific environment preventing the editor from loading correctly. If you already tried to temporarily disable plugins and still cannot figure out what is causing the conflict, please get in touch with our support team (https://zedity.com/support) so we can analyse things in details.

    Regards

P.S. The plugin is called Zedity.

If you haven’t done it yet, another thing you may want to try is to log out and clear the browser cache. Here are two links that might help:

    Hi,

Sorry for the typo (it was late at night when I found your pluggin). I had cleaned up the browser cache and the problem still remained. I though I was already asking for support through this and you′re re-directing me to your website to submit a ticket… Ok… BUT why did you signalised this issue as “resolved” when it is still *not resolved*???

I decided to close this thread but I want to enphasize dat it′s **NOT** resolved. The “resolved” flag was set by Zuyoy prior to provide any further support that could actually help me with my issue.

Sure, it is now set as unresolved.
Please follow the directions above so that our technical team can assist you with what appears to be a problem with your specific environment.
