Zeestyle – changing background colour in the sidebar

It is nowhere near complete so don’t worry too much about how the front looks but I am trying to change the background colour in the right sidebar from grey to white.

I also would like to make the headings more of a square shape rather than rounded and can’t see to find the code for this in the editor either.

And finally if you have any suggestions on where I might find a picture that will slot into the header without looking distorted I would be very grateful.
