Are you sure you entered the correct URL and API Keys from your LifterLMS Dashboard? If you’re sure then that’s fine.

Another issue might be the authentication method with your host. Try checking with your host if they allow “Basic Authentication”:https://developer.lifterlms.com/rest-api/#section/Authentication/Basic-Authentication
