    The “Immediately block IPs that access these URLs” field is blank, however, in the Live View I can see that IP addresses associated with Zapier are being “blocked for Accessed a banned URL at https://hofcoop.com.au/xmlrpc.php”.

    Why is access to that url still banned? It is causing my Zapier tasks to fail.

    I have checked with host that nothing at server level is blocking it. I have also tried enabling learning mode to no avail.

  • Hi @antwilson02,

    Can you check if you have the option Disable XML-RPC authentication enabled under Wordfence -> Login Security?

    For example: https://i.imgur.com/PTuq0vt.png

    If it is enabled, you’ll need to uncheck to allow xmlrpc.php requests to go through.

    OMG Thankyou! So simple.. After many hours of searching the only info/tutorials I could find were on how to DISABLE xmlrpc and none of them spoke of how to ENABLE it.. also found no mention of this setting but maybe thats because im a noob. Cheers.
