Zakra Mobile Header Not Working

Hello,

I am having issues with our mobile site. Everything displays fine, except for my navigation menu. I have it set up so it is the primary menu, it displays perfectly fine on websites. However, on mobile versions it does not display, nor on tablets. I deactivated plugins one by one to make sure it was not an issue with that, and the menu will not display after eliminating a plugin conflict. I am updated to the newest version.
