Z-index issue

I can’t seem to get the dropdown menu on the “Learn to play” menu to appear over the main body of the page. It’s being cut off by the restricted height of the header area.

The site uses a child theme of the the twenty twenty three theme and the Gutenberg editor for layout. I’ve tried applying various z-index values to all parts of the header and main body but nothing is having an effect.
