YT video header squeezes first seconds

Wassup WordPressers !

I’m having a problem with my Onetone Theme :
I have a quick video to be featured as a “video header” on my personal website. Thing is, when I open my site, the 1st 2 seconds of the video are not appearing and it loops from that “wrong” beginning. I don’t have a clue of what to do.
