YSlow and Page Speed grades dropped…

    For some reason, installing this plugin dropped my YSlow grade from a low A (91%) to a C (79%).

    My Page Speed grade for “Remove query strings from static resources” also dropped from the mid 80s to a 44 (F).

    There are now 44 URLs with query strings listed now, which seems strange.

    I emptied the page cache in W3 Total Cache before running these tests.

    Any idea what could be wrong? I appreciate your help!
