I migrated my website to google cloud host,
I am trying to reconnect my shop and pixels using facebook for woocommerce
when I press on get started in the plugin configuration I get redirected to facebook, and I log in using the right account than I confirm the settings.
till I get to page of (What is WooCommerce Extension V2 allowed to do?)
and it shows me the following:
    Manage your ads
    This scope is required.

I press next and get this message
    Oops, something went wrong.
This may be because of a technical error that we’re working to get fixed. Try reloading this page.

though my FB pixel is active, and my catalog is already there but not synced.
I am not sure what is the issue or what to do anymore

    Hey @youdass

Thanks for contacting us about Facebook for WooCommerce! I am happy to help out ??

There are a number of different reasons that this error can happen on the connection .T start with, can you please verify the following:

    • Your pixel, catalog, and Facebook extension must all be under the same Business Manager account.
    • Your site’s timezone setting must be set to something other than UTC+0 (WordPress > Settings > General)
    • Your site’s currency must be supported by Facebook. If it is not, temporarily switch to a supported currency and attempt to connect.

Can you please check that the above three items are all correct for your site?

    Cheers,
    Steve
