    in the file uc-tracking-configuration on line 19
    $uc_options['order_text'] = 'Your orders has been shipped by [carrier]. The tracking number is: [tracking_id] ';

    should instead read

    $uc_options['order_text'] = 'Your order has been shipped by [carrier]. The tracking number is: [tracking_id] ';

    it’s a simple matter of keeping the plural/singular consistent.
