Youtubevideo getting 'stretched'

  • I’m helping an acquaintance with his website.
    He wants a youtube video on the front page of his site, and have it automatically play when the site opens up.
    The automatic playing is a future concern. For now the biggest problem is the video getting stretched outside the page, no matter what settings I use in the url of the video (setting width and height).

    So the video should just be small / the same width as the page.
    Does anyone know what the issue could be?
