    Is it possible to make a youtube video appear in easy fancybox that contains a caption with a hyperlink below the video?

  • Yes, you can do that.

    Create a link to the Youtube page in the post editor, switch to the Text tab and give that link a title attribute like this example:

    
<a href="https://youtu.be/xxxx" title="& lt;a href=https://youtu.be/xxxx target=_blank& gt;view on youtube& lt;/a& gt;"

    Remove the spaces after each & sign there in the example (the forum transforms those to < and > signs if posted without the spaces here)
