    Hi,

    We use a learning record store called GrassBlade in order to tracking the viewing of videos and to overlay questions.

    YouTube and Vimeo videos are embedding as expected in pages and posts, but when linking them to GrassBlade, the learning record store – it’s throwing an error message: No compatible source was found for this media.

    If I disable the Complianz plugin and refresh the page, the videos show as expected. It looks as though Complianz is changing the script tag present in the video iframe.

    The original is:

    <script type="text/Javascript"> </script>

    It is being changed to:

    <script data-service="vimeo" data-category="marketing" type="text/plain">

    </script>

    That change is blocking the videos from showing.

    Is there something I can do to stop this from happening please?

    Thanks,

    David.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    this is a normal behaviour since the plugin prior-blocks vimeo and youtube.

    You can disable this behaviour under Integration -> Services and disable Vimeo and Youtube integration in our plugin.

    Hope this helps
