Youtube videos not showing

    Hi, I have some instances where a user gives consent when they land on the website, however when they visit a page with an embedded youtube video (Elementor Pro) the video is not there. If I disable Complianz all works fine. Please could you help?

    thanks for your message.

    I checked the page you sent me but if I give consent to the banner or if I directly accept our placeholder the video starts correctly, in this case we aren’t able to reproduce the issue, I tried both Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.

    If someone else will send you a report about this behavior in order to investigate will need:

    1) A video of the behavior
    2) The device type
    3) The browser type and version

    All browser extensions will need to be disabled and if you’re using a cache plugin please check this guide.

    The last thing you can try is to go to our plugin section “Integrations” -> “Plugins” and disable from there “Elementor”.
