Youtube videos not embedding

  • Hello,

    I am not sure when this issue started but when I embed a video in a wordpress post, the video appears when I am logged in but if I check from another browser (where I am not logged in), there is only a blank space there. This is true for both mobile and desktop. I have tried pasting the url as well as using the HTML embed code of the video as well. Both are not working. I am not sure if this is some sort of cache issue or a plugin conflict. For example, this post shows the issue: https://www.paradigmshift.com.pk/pak-afghan-border/

    If you scroll down, you will see white space where the video should appear. We only embed videos when they are public so that is not the issue.

    It works for me when I use a YouTube embed block with “https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZMsO_VDxzs”

    Type /Y on a new line to locate and insert a YT embed block.,

    We always use the YT embed block but this does not work as well. I tried again as per your suggestion but this is what I see (I cleared the page’s cache as well).

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles. Disable your caching plugin(s) first.

    If that doesn’t help, then I just don’t know

    I also think it’s because of your caching plugin WP Rocket. This causes errors in the output in the frontend. Deactivate it and it should work. For more detailed clarification, I would recommend that you contact the support team for this paid plugin.
