Youtube videos not displayed

  • Because your live site is on HTTPS and you are trying to embed these videos from HTTP. You or the YouTube SimpleGallery plugin need to use HTTPS in the video URLs.

    Hello,

    i’ve embedded the videos https way and they don’t show up on the page at all. For example one of the two videos is:

    Happy Cakes on Kalehua’s Wedding Show|https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=86pGKMg8xzw

    The videos appear on the page as usual, when i add the links using http.

    Any suggestion to solve this?

    Create on that page a simple text link pointing to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=86pGKMg8xzw and then make sure you activate Youtube auto-detection on Settings > Media. (Note that you need Easy FancyBox for this!)

    No idea. I think this is an issue with the YouTube SimpleGallery plugin not being able to handle https urls.
