Youtube Videos Not Always Showing

I’ve been asked to fix an issue with a site someone else has made. The Youtube videos don’t always load when you view the page. If you refresh they may all load, or you may get different ones loading! I’ve tried using the fusion video thing and embedding using youtube embed code. Any ideas?
