Youtube videos don't display

I could be doing something wrong, however when I try to embed a Youtube video into an FAQ item (video demonstration to support the text provided), if I select “Preview Changes” the video is displayed all ok, however when I update the page to save the changes and then refresh the live page, the video is nowhere to be seen.
Any ideas?
