This is possible through our Restrict Content add-on, that lets you restrict the content of any post or portion of content of your choice and require to “pay” points to access to the content (with the ability that the points spent are awarded to the post author, so is like to pay to the author to access to the post content)
So everything you are looking for is possible with this add-on
