Youtube video stops playing when not visible

    The youtube videos of the Youtube Slider inside my webpage, stop playing when I scroll down. I need the Videos to keep playing, even they are not visible on the screen. How can I setup the slider in a way, so the videos keep playing?
    ANy kind of help would be appreciated thanks in advance.
