    After running Slideshow for many many months successfully (thank you) with absolutely no issues, suddenly the video still image is not appearing on 2nd, 3rd, 4th… videos in slideshow?? Just a black screen, however the video itself is there and appears when ‘play’ is clicked on…

    …be very grateful for a heads up on this one as it’s a problem on quite an in-depth education site I run.

    FYI – The EXACT same problem is happening on Stefan Boonstra’s own website, (THE SLIDESHOW PLUGIN DEVELOPER)…see the banner at the top of his homepage.

    (I tried to contact Stefan to let him know the issue weeks ago by Facebook message and direct from his website – no reply unfortunately. )

    @kevin, I just checked the URL you shared above and it works in two of my browsers. So, I am thinking it is more a browser compatibility issue. But without testing more I can’t confirm this.

    It works in Google Chrome and Seamonkey.

    The issue appears in Firefox and Microsoft Edge “Windows 10”.

    Incorrect. It does not work in Chrome or IE…

    CLICK ON THE NAVIGATION ARROWS TO MOVE SLIDESHOW on Stefan Boonstra’s website banner AND THE ‘VIDEO’ THUMBNAIL GOES BLACK THEREAFTER. Regardless of browser…or device.

    mbr – Please contact Stefan Boonstra if you have the means to do so as it is right that he knows that his once robust and excellent plugin is NOT now functioning correctly. As can be seen from this thread,we are getting no closer to resolving the Iissue…we are just going round in circles.

    this slideshow also not show video thumbnail on my latest Chrome and Firefox… but all fine on Safari (PC).

    Which Google Chrome version are you using?

    I just updated Google Chrome to the latest version, cleared the cache and now it is showing the issue you mentioned.

    I will try and contact Stefan Boonstra.

    Firefox 39.0.3

    Good news Stefan Boonstra is looking into this issue.

    Thank you all very much for reporting this issue. I have been able to fix the problem. The issue will be resolved with the release of version 2.2.26, which will be available within the next couple of days.
