Youtube Video: How to show screen shot?

    I have Shadowbox JS and can insert a link to click on, and the video shows fine in the shadowbox. However, how do I “start” with a screen shot of the video? i.e., as if it were an imbedded video? (Viewer sees the video screen shot, clicks on it, then the video plays in Shadowbox)…
