Youtube video failed after it was working

  • I installed “Youtube Widget Responsive” plugin to insert youtube into 60 lessons. It was working fine. Then I processed “Bulk Video Thumbnail” a tool from “Video Thumbnails” plugin.

    Then the short code from “Youtube Widget Responsive” no longer works.

    Shall I reinsall both plugins or what to make them working again? And if I reinstall LearnPress, will I loose all 60 lessons?

    What is your advise? Thank you.

  • Hi,

    It maybe due to problem conflict plugins, please try to deactive one of them. If still have problem, you can try to reinstall both of plugins. And if reinstall LP then lessons will not loose.
