Youtube video embedding not showing on live environment

  • <p>This started with an attempt to embed a video with timestamps.</p>

    <p>I embedded the youtube video with JS to setup timestamps to work on the page.
    I have also tried to load the video I want in a number of other ways:</p>

    1. through the youtube iframe in the html
    2. using the html code widget
    3. using the elementor video widget
    4. I have also tried the above with the elementor placeholder video to ensure it’s not an issue with the embed permissions for the video.

    In each of the above scenarios, I have been able to get the video to display in preview for elementor with wordpress when logged. It continues to display if I publish the post and look on live while logged in.

    <p>However, when logged out of wordpress, the video does not display in any of the above ways to add video to a page.</p>

    <p>I have purged my siteground hosting cache ‘purge sg cache’ to test if it is a caching issue. I have tried across browsers and devices and accounts to ensure it’s not a browser caching or server caching issue.</p>

    <p>Does anyone have any other suggestions?</p>

    Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro v3.6.1 user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
