YouTube subscribe button not showing

Does it work if you choose the other option “User Name”?

It doesn’t work with either option: user Name or Channel ID.

I’ve been using this plugin for a year now with no issues. I just decided to add YouTube, and this issue occurred.

We checked and on our end the Youtube subscribe button works, please see https://www.screencast.com/t/h9VhRZBobv. Something else must be happening with your setup. We can investigate more as part of the premium plugin.

I will uninstall and reinstall the app. If I can’t get it working, I’ll look for another app that does the same thing. I shouldn’t need to pay for help with a feature that is part of the free plugin.

Ok, please try reinstalling. The problem is not in the plugin but with your website as we demonstrated just above.
