Youtube search bar with automatically generated text?

  • I have a user-generated site with many posts, each of the posts contain small parts of song lyrics. I would like a youtube search bar to show up on each of my posts (only the search bar ~80x40px).

    The search bar should have the content of the post title (which is the namne of the song) and the name of the artist* pre-written in the bar, so that the user can just click it to see a clip of the artist.

    * The name of the artist is taken from an input bar in the form plugin “TDOminiform”.

    Does anyone have an idea of how I could do this? I am extremely grateful for any suggestions! Thank you.
