Youtube Playlists No Longer Displaying

For almost 7 years, my Youtube playlists have displayed perfectly. Suddenly, they no longer work. I have searched many topics and threads, but they quickly devolve into terminology that is far beyond my understanding. When i built these pages, I simply pasted the playlist URL into the page where I wanted it, and the playlist appears. Now all of the discussions are about various plugins and coding terminology that I don’t understand. Is there a simple way to embed a youtube playlist these days?
