YouTube Player Parameters?

Thanks for this nice plugin! Your tutorial was useful but I’m missing something about the YouTube Player Parameters. So I thought that even the YouTube url parameters are valid, but regrettably I was disabused. Now I would like to know how I set the start time and iv_load_policy for a Video.

Example:
Is there a way to also call videos provided with start time and iv_load_police like YouTube url parameters?

start time (example video channelling moviestars):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eyXdWVyDQSI#t=145

iv_load_police (example video Buddhism or Christianity? Two ways to completely different destinations!): https://www.youtube.com/embed/ztCZqYOZgwU?hd=1&iv_load_policy=3
