You should follow this guide https://complianz.io/change-your-youtube-placeholders/ to change the standard Youtube placeholder, the placeholders are directly downloaded from youtube.com so they’re not directly managed by us.

For other iFrames you could follow this guide instead https://complianz.io/placeholders-for-iframes/
