Youtube links not fetching title and description

  • Hi

    For me, and I guess this is a default problem, youtube-links does not fetch the title and description text. Maybe look into that and push a new version of the plugin, that fixes this?

    A thought: would it be very difficult to have an option in settings where you could choose if youtube-links (and possible soundcloud as well) should look/behave like any other links (as it is now) or be embedded as players. Or a combination, where the image is changed to the embedded version, but the title/description stays the same.

    Just a thought ??

    We integrate with the https://microlink.io API for getting that information so I guess that’s something they would have to fix on their end.

    I’ll add it to our idea list to have the ability to embed videos.
