YouTube Links – How to Manage?

Sometimes when I post a YouTube video link – just the link (URL) shows up
like so:
Youtube url w/o the video picture
https://myfavoriteuniverse.com/?p=47Other times the url shows the video frame and a picture
like so:
YouTube url WITH a picture
https://myfavoriteuniverse.com/?p=34https://myfavoriteuniverse.com/?p=23&cpage=1#comment-16
I’d like to post WITH the video picture, but I don’t know what I did to create it.
What am I missing? How do I do it WITH the picture???THANKS!!!!
