YouTube like site but on wordpress?

Hi
We are trying to make site where users can upload their videos and post them so other people can watch them, like on youtube.
We installed this plugin for users to upload their videos on our host where is wordpress hosted:

But now we dont know which player to instal so you can watch the videos.
Or is there other way to make site like youtube on wordpress?
Actually we need site for singers to compete, they upload and post their videos and other users/visitors rate/like them and the one who have most votes/likes is the winner.
So how to make this on wordpress?
