Youtube icon shows error

    My Youtube icon works, but shows an error exclamation mark. I have ticked suppress error messages, but I’m not even sure why there is an error anyway, as mentioned the link works

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Do you have the “Subscribe” functionality selected under question number 2 in the plugin’s settings for Youtube?

    If yes, what is the info you entered there?

    A quick solution (if you don’t use the subscribe feature) would be to add this code:

    .icon2 {
    display: none!important;
    }

    in your theme’s CSS section to hide the exclamation mark.

    I have ticked subscribe and entered my username.

    I changed that to my channel ID and the error has gone. Only seems to be a problem with user ID

    All good, but I wonder why it has a problem with the user ID?

    Most likely you entered your Channel ID, not your user ID.

    That’s what I wondered but I was very careful to make sure which was which and double checked.
