Youtube feed not displaying

All other feeds working, but YouTube feed just shows a line across the page. The only way I have found to fix it is to create a new short code and replace the old short code. then it comes back for a couple hours. Obviously I cant continue to change out the short code on the page every couple hours to keep it up. Has anyone else had this issue?
