YouTube embeds sometimes have the wrong aspect ratio

I uploaded a YouTube video in 16:9 and embeded it in my blog using the [embed] tag and also the YouTube block.

Somehow it shows up in 4:3 and I can’t figure out how to fix it. This has happened a few times in the past, but it is rare.
