youtube embeds not loading

YouTube videos are blocked, and only work when I refresh the page.

I have lazyload for videos plugin activated.

There are other pages, including the homepage containing videos, and I have a long list of youtube URLs in various fields in the settings, but the only way seems to be to deactivate the plugin.
