Youtube Embedded Full Screen video Refreshing The Entire Page

Hi team,
I am Rishav and since last few days I was setting up a new blog https://whatafab.com . Recently I encountered a problem with embedded videos on my blog. Each time I am playing a video and going full screen, after few seconds the entire page is getting refreshed on it’s own and I am not being able to understand a root cause for this issue.
I have tried changing embed code but nun of them seems to work properly for me.
Still the entire page is getting refreshed once I play a video and go full screen.
