youtube embed free version ie8

wow… when i tired the playlist and checked it out ie8, it basically crashed the page and won’t allow person to move to another page and it was so buggy. the videos enlarged and kept jumping on the screen etc. is this plugin not compatible with older browsers as the company i work for, everyone uses some older browser like ie8.
