We have deactivated all plugins, problem still.

We have switched jquery versions, still a problem.

Is there a specific jquery version to use?

We are not sure why it stopped working, we havent switched jquery or added any plugins recently. It was working fine until a week or two ago. Did you recently update the plugin?

The code you posted wasnt the function, it was the expected output.

You can regain access by logging into your Hosting account File manager and removing the code from functions.php

Though you may have fixed this in the last 3 months.. Good luck!
