• Hi Guys,

Firstly I’d like to thank you for making this plugin. I absolutely love it but am struggling with 2 settings/ options of it.

I’ve already emailed your support email but haven’t had a response yet.

    My website is: https://www.sliceoffit.com

Firstly, the youtube button on my site is not displaying the correct subscriber count? I’m trying to use the channel ID – “UCH2uohVO-uLqkJnbYJyczcg” because I still can’t rename it(due to YouTube’s new rules). I’ve tried other usernames of other channels, using the “username” and that pulls it through. Therefore, I think the plugin is working but there’s something wrong with my configuration, would you mind assisting me, please? The “Visit Us” button is working but not the “Subscribe to” and neither is the subscriber count.

Secondly, I’ve chosen to display the Facebook Like, google share +1 and twitter buttons at the end of every post. They are all working but for some reason, when I click the facebook like button, it does like the page but then it opens the “comment on Facebook” section. This section is not floating over my current “comment” section and you end up with a right mess and can’t see anything. Any chance you could help with this too?

Thank you so much for your help guys and it’s a brilliant plugin, if only I could get these things to work , it would be even more perfect!

Thanks Sliceofit – for the Youtube point, did you check the FAQ already? https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/faq, e.g. make sure that you have actually Channel ID selected.

For the second point, this looks very much like a template issue – could you please ask the creators of the template about it?

I have definitely done that for the YouTube one. It’s worked with someone else’s username if I chose that option. I guess I’ll have to wait until I get to about 100 subscribers and then rename my channel link, perhaps then it would recognise it easier rather than having this long link of letters?

Thanks for having a look, I will speak to them and see if they can offer some advice. Other than that, everything is brilliant! Keep it up ??
