Youtube Custom URL

Under the Channel Tab (YotuWP Shortcode Generate) when they ask to “Please enter channel URL for getting info…”
I’ve entered the link https://www.youtube.com/c/DataDash/ but I get the message “Please enter the correct URL”. It seems to only works if the Youtube link is not using a custom URL. For ex.: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCANLZYMidaCbLQFWXBC95Jg will work but not when it contains /c/CUSTOM_NAME in the URL.Any solution?
