YouTube button not working

    Hi Patrick,

    it worked for me when I used the channel ID UCrpCAIwvHLq-L0XB0XCJNSQ – could you please try again? If it doesn’t work, please send me a screenshot of what you entered.

    Hi Social Dude,
    Sorry it took me so long to get back to you on this. I’m still getting an error on the YouTube button where I should see subscribe.

    I think part of the problem is that my channel ID is not saving when I enter it. If I click away from the USMI plugin page, when I come back the user ID has defaulted back to “Polli Construction Inc.” The plugin is up to date. Any ideas?

    Which save button did you click? Please try both the one at the end of that question as well as the one at the very bottom.

    I did both. The it defaults back to the user ID as soon as I click away from the plugin.
