    When I insert the youtube short code it works fine when I review it in the live review window at the bottom of the short code page. After I insert short code and review the page this statement is shown on the web page..

    YouTube: please specify correct url

    If I simply cut and paste the url that I am using to the page without the short code the video is present which indicates to me that the url is indeed correct. I am trying to get the video to autoplay.

    Hi Mr Fox,

    I think there is conflict with Jetpack plugin. Did you installed it? If so, I’ll add this issue to my to-do list.

    Thank you for such a fast response.

    I have two blogs and was attempting to use this plug in on the blog without jet pack. I then attempted to use it on my blog with jet pack installed and it had the same result.

    The problem is compatibility I believe. My home page has a slider on it and this morning I noticed that the slider did not load. When I deactivate your plug in the slider loads just fine.

    The slider is Revolution Slider 3.0.9

    Interesting though, because the short code does not work on my other blog that doesnt have the slider. Could it just be non-compatible with my other short codes?

    YouTube video ID is probably not found in this url. Try to use more clean version

    You have seriously impressed me with how timely you respond to my posts. I really like plug ins that have such great support.

    If I insert the new clean short code it functions properly. However, my revolution slider on my home page no longer functions. Is there anyway to make your short codes play nice with mine?

    You just need to disable Custom formatting at plugin settings page.

    I disabled the custom formatting and inserted the code.

    It plays short codes ultimate for WP video instead.
