• I just switched my old YOURLS domain to a new domain and now WordTwit isn’t working at all. It doesn’t appear to even try to access the YOURLS api. It just tweets out with the full path.

    I am more than happy to provide more detail but I’m pretty sure it’s configured correctly. I have the correct api path and token.

    I’ve tried uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling it but that doesn’t appear to change anything.

    Also, there’s no mention of it trying to access the YOURLS api in the log. It’s like it just ignores the YOURLS shortener altogether.

    Any advice? Thanks!

    Wow – no response after two weeks? Not to be a d**k, but, c’mon guys…

    I’m a former paying customer too. I even posted a ticket in their support portal and was told they no longer do support there.

    I don’t expect overnight service, but two weeks is getting a bit lengthy.

    Bring back the pay service and I’ll pay again – I love this product.

    Just trying to get my YOURLS thing fixed.

    We try to chime in here as often as we can.

    Please upgrade to WordTwit 3.5 which addresses support for WordPress 3.8 and Twitter’s API changes. You may also want to reset your custom Twitter app’s keys at dev.twitter.com/apps, re-add them to WordTwit and setup your Twitter account(s) again.
