    From our side, your connections looks great – no errors that we can see. Are you still seeing the connection error? If so, are you experiencing any lack of functionality?

    @bruceallen plugin support team should reply in 1/2 days not after a week (6days).

    I hired someone and charged me fees to fix this simple error. Which I can solve if YOU guys reply earlier.
