i am getting the error: Your www domain is not reachable, so this option cannot be enabled.

    But I cannot see why?

THe A record is pointing at the domain and the CNAME is pointing at www.

So not sure why I would get this statement?

@wood1e Both of your www & non-www domains are working fine and DNS are correct. Can you try logging out once and try again after logging back into wp-admin.

    Hi

I logged out and logged back in. NOthing changed. See here: https://www.screencast.com/t/x6kJlxyx7I

I set up a new admin user, logged in and no change.

This is an odd one, as I have added two other sites to same server and had no problems. Although this domain is registered with the hosting company unlike the other two… not sure if this makes a differnece?

@wood1e That cron job is not related to our plugin. You seem to be using multiple SSL plugins. Please de-activate and re-activate the plugin. You could try generating SSL for non-www domain, install it on your server and then re-generate SSL for both www & non-www domain.

Sorry I was testing another solution and forgot to disable. I have now removed that.

And the SSL works on just domain

I deactivated and reactivated and reset the plugin but I still get the same error.
