I tried just a few days ago to use that form and even send a direct email to an email address I had on file. I got no response and the plugin doesn’t even allow me to validate my license and the website doesn’t allow me to view my license info either.

I’ve basically left with no choice but to remove the plugin from all sites since it can’t be used. (Honestly, if a company is going to tie the activation of the software to a license server then the server shouldn’t be down for four months.)

@josh: I only have the link to one website that is included in the emails and the plugin. If there’s a different one I don’t know anything about it unfortunately. Your company has effectively been unresponsive for many months despite multiple posts here, emails to various email addresses, multiple uses of the contact form and even voice messages left at the phone number shown on your site. Its hard for me to take you guys seriously at this point. The time between responses on this thread has been a minimum of 1 month! My initial post was FIVE MONTHS ago. It shouldn’t be this hard to resolve license issues.

It certainly feels as if the plugin has been abandoned and that no one should bother renewing their licenses.

You are absolutely correct. All I can do is ask for one more opportunity to reconcile the situation.

Truth be told, I am not a company. I am a single individual. And while I have high hopes for WP Edit Pro, it is certainly not to the point where it pays all the bills. It is also not a stable source of income, as I have no idea how many I will sell each month. So I have had to supplement my income with two other jobs. None of this is your concern, or even an attempt at an excuse. Rather, I hope it helps give a glimpse of why sometimes I become overwhelmed.
